Built using an innovative timber and steel frame, saving both time and cost, apartments have windows on at least two sides, thick polished timber floors, and features to maximise space.

The four-star Sebel Hotel sits at the city end of Viaduct Harbour, five minutes from the CBD, with 144 suites and harbour-side restaurants on the ground floor. Redevelopment of this industrial site set a milestone for the later regeneration of Viaduct Harbour. The Sebel has consistently traded above projections and become one of the most successful hotels in Auckland.

Unilodge was the first privately developed purpose-designed complex of its kind. The Unilodge formula and its marketing strength has always maintained occupancy rates of over 90 percent. As a result of this success, Templeton Group went on to build Unilodge on Beach Road.
