Innovation Resides Here
Guided by Experience, Defined by Innovation
We are one of New Zealand’s largest developers, underpinned by tenets of design, enhanced aesthetic and community. Encompassing heritage, master-planning, retail, hotel and residential, with each new development we build on our reputation for creating vibrant and aspirational places where people want to be.
A Scope Few Can Claim
People reside, but we play, work, travel and shop. Templeton Group applies an appetite for design and longevity to each and every project, encompassing an unrivalled catalogue of developments. The end game? To deliver lifestyles that are better enjoyed, more beautiful and always infinitely better.
Creating exceptional homes and communities where people will want to be now, and well into the future.
Researching the land, working with the land and a sensitivity to the land are the mainstays of our land development projects.
Creating places that can genuinely be called a home away from home. People led, contemporary and always at the forefront of design.
A considered and informed pairing of original features with the very best quality to enhance historical landmarks, done to an incomparable standard.
F & B / RETAIL
Layout, environment and access are key drivers here. Designing easy to be in places – the antithesis of the traditional mall.
Design-driven and built with amenity, efficiency and functionality.
Health & Wellness
When the desired outcome is wellbeing, so must the surrounds be sensitive to the senses. Designed with calm, space and amenity front of mind.

We count every project as noteworthy, though there are some that perfectly exemplify our pioneering spirit. These are projects that were considered by others as unattainable or too problematic. We say they were sites that simply hadn’t been afforded the vision they deserved. Once delivered with success, they set a remarkable new benchmark for superior collaboration, innovation, design and longevity. They are our pioneering projects.
