Project Highlights

ABSTRACT: Recognised twice—once with the top Excellence Award and again with a Merit Award in Tourism—ABSTRACT showcases Templeton’s ability to blend design, versatility, and guest-centric amenities that appeal to the visitors.

Kahu: A purpose-driven residential offering in Long Bay, Kahu received recognition as a Merit Award winner in a stiff field of multi-unit residential developments  .

Light Box: Architectural design by Novak+Middleton, this collection of light-filled three‑ and four-bedroom townhouses was also acknowledged with a Merit Award. The project was earlier celebrated at the 2025 Auckland Architecture Awards.
