Oleg Sennikov – BBA, PgDip Applied Finance

Oleg brings over nine years of experience in both commercial and residential real estate, with a strong background in financial analysis and development management. Before relocating to New Zealand in 2017, he worked at Cushman & Wakefield in Eastern Europe, advising global and local clients on major property transactions and portfolio strategies. Since then, he has played a key role in a range of large-scale development projects across New Zealand, including masterplanned communities, mixed-use developments, and residential land subdivisions – overseeing feasibility, funding, regulatory approvals, and delivery. At Templeton, Oleg enjoys overseeing every stage of the development process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
