GENERAL MANAGER DEVELOPMENT

Andrew comes with a depth of unparalleled knowledge and experience in property development from 45 years in the property industry, having worked in England, Zimbabwe and now New Zealand since 2000. He started as Chartered Quantity Surveyor with ARICS and has worked for various organizations overseas such as the world bank and doing development funding reviews for NZ major banks. He has extensive experience from initial design or site purchase to completion of hospitals, schools, industrial  buildings, countdown supermarkets throughout NZ, large format retail centers such as Apex Retail Centre – Mt Wellington, and mixed use developments such as – Five Mile in Queenstown. Residential has been the majority of his experience in terms of high rise apartments scenes 1,2 and 3 which were built on time and in budget and more importantly don’t leak. Working as Development Director and Technical Director for Kainga Ora for 10 years has also driven experience in residential state housing with the complexities it brings.
