Property Industry Awards

Our team had a wonderful time last Thursday at the Property Industry Awards!

We were proud to sponsor the Urban Land Development Property Award, which was won by Kōwhai Ridge in Auckland.

‘A partnership between Fletcher Living and Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei Whai Rawa, Kōwhai Ridge occupies what was vacant Crown land in North West Auckland.

With a focus on community, the site has been planned to provide 197 dwellings, with space for a community of first homes and community housing through to growing families and downsizers.’
