Located in the centre of Kingsland, a diverse and popular central suburb. NXN reflects its community with a gathering of 73 apartments and 5 townhouses, designed with an international influence. The result was effortlessly modern homes, overlooking Nixon Park and the Arch Hill Reserve, centred around a modern and shared urban plaza for residents to enjoy.
Characterised using concrete in its construction, the robust structure was contrasted with interior plaster, perforated louvres and liberal amounts of light. The intention of making the spaces feel personable was achieved through a more boutique character within the wider building. Residents enjoy large balconies for entertaining while been afforded privacy through sturdy dividing walls.
